Ben Z Personal Mail
A private Gmail triage assistant that helps its account owner notice urgent and useful messages without changing the mailbox.
What the app does
Ben Z Personal Mail checks new Inbox messages on a limited schedule, excludes promotional mail, and classifies messages as urgent, actionable, useful for a digest, or safe to ignore. It then sends a short, redacted summary to the account owner in a private Telegram conversation.
Google data access
The app requests only the Gmail read-only scope. It may process message identifiers, thread identifiers, sender address or domain, subject, received time, labels, read state, and a short sanitized excerpt when needed for classification.
- It cannot send email.
- It cannot delete, archive, label, edit, or mark messages as read.
- It does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
- Access is limited to the account owner who explicitly authorized it.
How processing works
Bounded, sanitized message data is processed in the owner’s private OpenClaw environment and by an OpenAI model solely to create the triage classification. The resulting summary is delivered to the same owner through Telegram. The public website at this domain does not receive or process Gmail data.
Owner control
The owner can revoke access at any time from Google Account connections. Revocation stops future Gmail access. For deletion or privacy questions, contact benjaphon.mail@gmail.com.
